If it should be avoided by those with KNOWN brain tumours, presumably it should be avoided by those with unknown ones too.  Yet not all are known, and the caution could be because it would interfere with treatment rather than because it would make the tumour worse.  One needs to know what kiond of risk this refers to.</description>
